Twisted is proud to support the Hearts for Portland (#Hearts4PDX) campaign. Please join us in this effort to spread love, not hate.
Hearts for Portland is a community crafting campaign working to honor the brave heroes injured and killed in the May 26, 2017 attack on a Maxx train in Portland, as well as the young women whose abuse they would not tolerate. Volunteers will hang hearts throughout the city on June 26, the one month anniversary of the attack. Small acts of kindness like this remind all of us that there are some brave people out there and that we will not give up on loving one another. Learn more here.
Heart Crafting Nights at Twisted - Join others making hearts on Thursdays, June 15 and June 22 from 5p to 7p at Twisted. These small hearts are a great way to use up scrap yarn. Feel free to bring leftover balls to share with others too! Learn more here.
Join us for our 2017 knit-a-long series, Knit 12 Together. Every month, we’ll feature an accessible, entertaining pattern, and help you find the perfect yarn for it. Check out the list of upcoming KALs here. We’ll be featuring local designers, and we’re cooking up some fun surprises, too. Stop by the shop for a cast-on-abration on the first Monday of each month, and follow along with your friends near and far on our blog, Facebook, Instagram, and Ravelry (#twistedyarnshop and #k12tog). We’re delighted to have you knitting with us!

July is the best time to plot and cast on projects for the early Fall, when transitional weather makes layers a must! We know you’ll be inspired by this collection of 10 sweaters for women and girls featuring some of Hannah Fettig’s most popular designs in light weight yarns.
Journey is a collaboration of hand knits from designers Jane Richmond and Shannon Cook, inspired by the journey of self-discovery, independence and the path back to yourself. We love this collection of timeless, wearable sweaters and accessories, perfect for travels near and far.
